Client-centricity is one of the pillars of Medscheme. As such, its main services such as Membership Management,
Claims Administration and Prise en Charge are all integrated with excellent and timeous customer service.
Queries from members are directly channelled to Medscheme instead of passing through clients,
thus relieving them from the cumbersome activity of giving member support.
Medscheme provides full call centre services between office hours: 08:30 - 16:45 on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays) and emergency call centre services
for clinic admissions after hours.
Members are assisted on the phone, through emails and also at the office.
